The Miami SDB Women’s ministry, under their theme “I Am Available”, is spearheading a Medical Mission to Croix-des-Bouquets, Haiti, July 12-16, 2018. They are planning to provide basic medical services and share the Gospel. The Miami Church has a long history of partnership with the sister church in Haiti, L’église Baptiste du septième Jour. After providing medical care, team members will share the Gospel, hand out tracts and extend an invite to a special evangelistic service, planned for July 14.
So far, about twenty (20) persons are confirmed to make the trip, including medical practitioners. However, there is still room for 2 Physicians, 3 Physician’s Assistants, and 2 Pharmacists. Team members will be finalized by March 10. The mission is also in need of medication for Hypertension, diabetes, common cold, aspirin, and ringworm, etc. Please, contact us for information if you have skills, donations, or resources that could help.
