Mark your calendar for Missions Week 2026!

We invite churches and individuals to participate in Missions Week 2026, taking place from February 22–28. This focused week offers a shared opportunity for worship, learning, and engagement with God’s global mission. Together, we will reflect on God’s heart for the nations and celebrate the many ways He works through His people around the world.

Throughout the week, we will hear voices from across the global Seventh Day Baptist family, engage Scripture together, and consider how God calls His church to participate in His mission from everywhere to everywhere.

What to Expect During Missions Week

Missions Week 2026 will include daily Scripture readings from Genesis, Acts, and Revelation, grounding our reflections in the full story of God’s redemptive work. Each day will also feature a video devotional shared by a global mission partner, offering perspective, encouragement, and testimony from different regions of the world.

Missions Symposium

Another highlight of the week will be our Second Annual Missions Symposium, held on Sabbath afternoon from 6–8 PM Eastern Time. This gathering will create space for learning, conversation, and shared vision as we explore how God continues to move through His global church. The symposium will include four sessions:

  • Session 1: USA and Canada Churches in Missions

  • Session 2: Security Concerns in Missions

  • Session 3: World Partners in Missions

  • Session 4: Missions Opportunities

We encourage churches to consider hosting a watch party for the symposium and joining the conversation together.

Daily Video Devotionals

  • Sunday: Pastor Amaury Moitinho – Blessed to Be a Blessing to All Peoples

  • Monday: Sister Carlene Wynter – The Message Must Move Forward

  • Tuesday: Pastor Gabriel Alegre – The Gospel Speaks Every Language

  • Wednesday: Pastor Nick Kersten – Scattered Believers Carry the Gospel Everywhere

  • Thursday: Pastor Kevin Carter – The Church Sends from Many Cultures to Many Places

  • Friday: Sister Marian Ferraren – Unexpected Messengers Reach New People

Missions Week Fundraising Challenge

During Missions Week, we also invite churches and individuals to participate in a fundraising challenge that supports the work of the Missions Mobilization Network. Each donation made through the Missions Week donation link strengthens this network, which exists to formalize partnerships, improve communication and coordination, and increase shared mission engagement across Conferences. The Missions Mobilization Network reflects a missions-focused approach. Rather than directing the work of our global partners, it seeks to empower, support, connect, and resource Conferences as they lead mission efforts within their own contexts. Together, this allows us to multiply impact and learn from the wisdom, experience, and leadership already present around the world. The church that raises the most funding during Missions Week 2026 will be recognized at Conference 2026 during the awards ceremony.
