Once again in partnership with the Women’s Board, the Society is proud to announce three young Jamaicans joining youths of the US & Canada SDB Conference this summer in the Summer Christian Service Corps (SCSC) program. They are: Jevon Levy – 3rd Year University Accounting student, Christian since 2010, he enjoys playing drums, singing & working with children. Deva-Ann Levy – 2nd Year University Education student, Christian since 2011, she delights in teaching children, planning/organizing youth events & singing. And returning, Victoria Richards – 2nd Year University Bio-Chem student, Christian since 2009, she finds pleasure in working with children, witnessing, writing poems & singing.
SCSCers will gather for training June 13, 2018 before being deployed for their ministry projects. Jevon will journey to Boulder SDB, CO, Deva-Ann to New Enterprise SDB, PA and Victoria to Maranatha SDB Church, CA. Your prayers and donations continue to be needed to help make this happen.
