Young Adult Trip

Are you passionate about missions? Are you a young adult, ages 18–30, looking for a chance to serve and grow in your faith? Do you enjoy working with children, connecting with families, or helping lead recreation activities? Can you travel to Ghana, West Africa in early August 2027? If so, this opportunity might be for you!

For the first two weeks of August(tentative dates) 2027, a team of 5–7 young adults ages 18–30 will serve in Ghana, partnering with local churches, families, and children in the greater Accra area. Applicants must be SDB church members with a pastor’s recommendation, willing to complete training and debriefing courses, and committed to raising $2,500 USD to cover expenses. Previous cross-cultural experience is a plus, but not required. With space limited, we’re seeking passionate young adults ready to step out in faith on this vision trip—an opportunity to experience God’s work in Ghana firsthand, build lasting connections, and explore how He may be calling you to involvement in missions.
