All is set for this year’s Gospel Feet 5K run/walk on Friday morning, Aug 2. at General Conference in Lancaster, PA. This is a fundraising opportunity to support ongoing work in African communities with orphans. Remember that this event has some new and exciting features: (1) Join training our group at www.strava.com/clubs/GospelFeet5k. (2) Kids Quarter Mile Dash (Ages 2+) after the 5K and (3) Team Challenge: When registering for the event, you will have the opportunity to create a church team. Acknowledgments will be given to the ‘fastest church’ and the church with the most registrants. Your church could consider having a Talent Show, community Bake Sale, special Sabbath Offering or a Penny War, as possible ways to involve your local church in raising funds to support “Bringing Orphans Home.”
